A wreck at the intersection of Hal Rogers Parkway and KY 30, involving an SUV and a police cruiser, has left a woman hospitalized. Ashley Angel, 24, was riding with her husband, Curtis Angel, 26, when their Kia collided with a police cruiser driven by Parish Baker.
Ashley Angel was sent to University of Kentucky Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries while her husband was tended to at St. Joseph Hospital in London. Baker is a 19-year veteran of KSP. He was responding to emergency when the accident happened.
Investigators are still looking into the accident.
