Marshall County Kentucky Teenager John T. Powell has been charged with Second Degree Manslaughter and First Degree Wanton Endangerment in the DUI Auto Accident that killed Jeannie Howell of Benton Kentucky. Read News Story Here.

The Deadly Kentucky Car Wreck happened on January 9th in Marshall County and injured Powell and Howell's passenger.
