Shirley Ragan, 76, Junior Ragan, 80, and Michell Phillips were injured on Tuesday Morning when a Chevrolet Truck crossed the Median on Interstate 24 near Paducah Kentucky. The driver of the truck, Jerry Skinner, 60, was killed in the Accident. Read News Story and View Video Here.
Investigators do not know what caused Skinner to lose control of his vehicle and cross the Median into the Westbound lane. Witnesses say the truck crossed the Median and went airborne before striking the Chevey Tahoe driven by Phillips.
Witnesses pulled Skinner from his vehicle before it caught on fire.
