Shelby Gray, 9, of Louisville, was killed yesterday in her School Bus Stop after being hit by a Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District Truck. Read Story Here.

Multiple Blunt Force Trauma was listed as the cause of death of the Maupin Elementary Fourth Grader.

Gray had been waiting in her Grandmother's car to avoid the cold and rain. She was hit when she crossed the street going to the school bus stop.

No Criminal Charges are expected to be filed against the Driver of the Sewer Truck.
