Injuryboard Attorney Paul Kiesel, of Kiesel, Boucher, and Larson, is filing a lawsuit against Metrolink for the devastating crash that occurred last Friday near Los Angeles California.

The collision, involving a Metrolink commuter train and a Union Pacific Freight Carrier, killed 25 people, while leaving another 138 injured.

Kiesel argues that the accident could have been prevented by a positive train control system. Although the positive train control system comes with a 2 billion dollar price tag, it automatically overrides errors made by human rail employees.
