The American driver is usually to blame for most auto accidents. However, it is not the motorists' fault, meaning the accident may be a result of a manufacturing defect. It may not be the drivers' fault if

the airbags don't work, their vehicle burst into flames, the car accelerates without being told to do so, or if their engine spits out its spark plugs.
