The family of Everett Walker want the Police Officer who collided with Walker charged and relieved of his duties. Seven People died on Kentucky Highways over the New Years Holiday. This was measured from December 28, 2007 until January 1, 2008. This is one less than a year ago. But the good news doesn't end there. There were 61 fewer Kentucky Wrongful Deaths than in 2006. This is a drop in fatalities of 6.8 percent. The mandatory seatbelt law is to be credited for some of the decrease.

A horrific car wreck closed on side of Interstate 65 on Thursday Morning. This Kentucky Wrongful Death Car Wreck was caused by another vehicle than the one in which Tammy Carman was driving. Of the four occupants in the Carman vehicle, 1 was killed, 1 seriously injured and two had minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle has yet to be identified.

As we reported last night a pickup truck wreck in Ledbetter Kentucky has now resulted in the Wrongful Death of a Paducah Kentucky Woman, Elizabeth Thorn. Thorn, 21, was a passenger in the truck driven by Robert Kelly Jr., 19, of Ledbetter. There was also a two year old child in the truck. Read New Story Here. Kelly and the young child were taken to the hospital and listed in stable condition.

Three Indiana residents have died in Wrongful Death Car Wreck on Interstate 65 near Bonnieville, Ky. 41 year-old Amparo Zamora and her two passengers, Henry Araneibia, 19, and Lea E. Osorio, 15, all of Indianapolis slid in slick conditions and crossed over into the South Bound Lane. They were then struck and killed by a Semi-Truck. The driver of the Semi-Truck was not injured.

There has been a Car Wreck in Southeastern Kentucky that killed two men near London. The Suv driven by Charles David Dodd of Corbin crossed the centerline and collided with the driver of a truck. The truck drivers identity has not yet been announced.

A three year old Texas boy was killed and the other two members of the car in which he was riding were injured on the Western Kentucky Parkway. This Kentucky Car Wreck was one of several reported during the last several days by Kentucky State Police. Icy roads are blamed for the wreck.
