Southern Illinois Head On Collision Takes the Life Of Joe Randolph

A Teenage Driver, who had dropped a cigarette, ran Head on into the car of Joe Randolph on Sunday Night.  The Southern Illinois Car Wreck took the life of Randolph.  This Illinois Wrongful Death Car Wreck happened on Joppa Road in Massac County. 

At this point, Authorities are still deciding whether to pursue criminal charges against the young Driver.  Read Story and Watch Video of Illinois Wrongful Death Auto Accident.  Randolph's family will have a claim for Loss of Consoritum (Love and Affection), Lost Earnings Capacity, Reasonable Medical and Funeral Bills and Pain and Suffering (Pre Impact and Post Impact).   

Our deepest sympathies go out to the Randolph family.
