The University of Kentucky has held a Memorial Service for 18 year old Connie Blount from Park City Utah.  Connie is the victim of a Kentucky Hit and Run Wrongful Death early Sunday Morning.  Connie will be buried in Park City.  Her dad was on hand to thank all of those in attendance.

At present, there is no viable suspect of this tragic Kentucky Wrongful Death.  The suspect was driving a CHEVEROLET EXTENDACAB  and never stopped.  Western-Kentucky.Injuryboard.com will continue to blog and update on this article until the suspect is caught.  Again, if anyone out there has any information about this tragedy please call the Lexington-Fayett County Police Department or the University of Kentucky Police.  For the latest on the Police Investigation into the Wrongful Death of Connie Blount, click here.

Connie had moved to Lexington with her two horses Sam I Am and Luke to study Equine Science.  She was a very accomplished English Equitation Rider and her Horse Sam I Am is a grandson of Secretariat.  Connie's sister gave birth to a daughter just hours after she was killed.

Police said that Connie and a Friend were crossing a street in downtown Lexington on the way back to their apartment.  They were crossing with the light when she was struck by the pickup and reportedly the pickup barely missed her friend.
