Death of Football Player Results in Lawsuit

Glenna Crockett and Jeffrey Gilpin, parents of 15-year-old Max Gilpin, filed a Wrongful-Death lawsuit at the Jefferson Circuit court after their son collapsed at football practice. He was later pronounced dead.

The lawsuit names the coaches of Pleasure Ridge Park High School, which includes: head football coach, Jason Stinson, Bobby Deacon, Steve Deacon, Jason Hiser and Jason Cook.
