Tragedy struck Marshall County Kentucky on Wednesday in the form of a Wrongful Death Car Wreck. Read Story Here.

Jeannie Howell was hit by another car driven by John T. Powell, who had reportedly ran through a stop sign. Mary Howell was also in the car driven by Jeannie Howell and was injured in the collision.

Although it is unlikely that a Kentucky Car Wreck with these facts will lead to criminal charges it is likely that Howell's family will have a Wrongful Death Claim, which is a Civil Suit. In a Kentucky Auto Accident that results in a death, the proper police department must open an investigation.
