A second Wrongful Death Claim has been filed in Kentucky as the result of a Coal Truck slamming into a pregnant woman, killing her, her unborn child and a paramedic, Christa Burchett.
Brian Brown, the Father of Erica Brown and the Personal Representative of her Estate, has filed a Wrongful Death Lawsuit in Johnson County on her behalf and behalf of his unborn Grandaughter. The daughter of Burchett, Olivia, filed a $10 Million Claim Last week as Representative of the Burchett Estate.
Both Estates have a claim for Loss of Love and Affection, Lost Earnings Capacity and Pain and Suffering. The law suits allege negligence against both the Driver of the Coal Truck and the Coal Truck Company.
