A horrific car wreck closed on side of Interstate 65 on Thursday Morning. This Kentucky Wrongful Death Car Wreck was caused by another vehicle than the one in which Tammy Carman was driving.

Of the four occupants in the Carman vehicle, 1 was killed, 1 seriously injured and two had minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle has yet to be identified.
